How long is each English lesson?
Each lesson from The English Classroom is designed to take 45 to 55 minutes. The exact length depends on how many students you teach and their ability, and the built-in help and extra ideas let you adapt the pace to your learners.
What is included in each lesson?
Each lesson includes slides to show on screen and step-by-step teacher instructions that match the slides. Native English speaker sound clips are included. The lessons are delivered online, with no downloads.
Do I need to be a qualified teacher to use these lessons?
No. Qualified teachers wrote all the instructions, so you get pedagogical progression, skills practice and differentiation built in. Help and extra ideas support different learning types and abilities.
How much preparation do the lessons need?
About five minutes. You read through the step-by-step instructions before the lesson, then teach alongside the slides on screen.
Who are these lessons for?
They are made for online English tutors and freelance teachers. The themes suit teenage and adult learners.
How much do the lessons cost?
All 30 lessons cost ₱399 as a one-off payment, with no subscription. That covers all three courses: two at CEFR A2 and one at B1.
Where are the lessons available?
We are launching first in the Philippines, with more markets to follow.

Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If the lessons aren't right for you, email support@the-english-classroom.com within 14 days of purchase and we will arrange a refund.
Do I need special software to teach online?
No. You teach from your web browser and share your screen on any video platform, such as Zoom, Google Meet or Teams. There is nothing to download.
What English levels do the courses cover (CEFR A2 and B1)?
There are three courses: two at CEFR A2 and one at B1. Each course has ten lessons, so thirty in total.
Are the lessons aligned to the CEFR and the UN SDGs?
Yes. The English Classroom lessons are aligned to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) and to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Can I use AI tools with these lessons?
Yes. Each lesson is complete on its own, with slides and teacher instructions. You can add AI tools for extra practice if you want to.
How do I receive the lessons after purchase?
We email your access link straight after payment, and it arrives in your inbox within 10 minutes. If it doesn't, check your spam folder or email support@the-english-classroom.com.
Can I keep and reuse the lessons forever?
Yes. Your access link never expires, so you have lifetime access and can reuse the lessons whenever you like.
Can I use the lessons one-to-one or in a group?
Yes. The lessons work for one-to-one and group teaching, and you can use them with as many of your own students as you like.
Can I share the lessons with other teachers?
No. The lessons are for your own teaching only. Colleagues need their own copy.
