About us
The lessons are sold by The English Classroom AB, organisation number 5592132194, Kalmar, Sweden. Email: support@the-english-classroom.com.
What you are buying
Thirty English lessons in three courses of ten: Education and the workplace (A2), Health (A2), and Work and jobs (B1). Each lesson has slides with audio that open in a web browser, and teacher notes as a PDF. You get access through a personal link.
Price and payment
The price is ₱399, paid once. It is not a subscription and will not renew. The price shown is the full price you pay. Payment is made through PayMongo by GCash or card.
Delivery
You get access immediately after payment, on the confirmation page. If you cannot open your lessons, email support@the-english-classroom.com and we will send your link by hand.
How you may use the lessons
When you buy, you get a personal licence to use the lessons in your own teaching. You may:
- use them with as many of your own students as you like, online or in person
- share the slides on your screen and play the audio during lessons
- adapt your teaching around them
You may not:
- share the link, files or notes with other teachers or anyone else
- sell, publish or give away the lessons or any part of them
- upload them to another platform, marketplace, shared drive or learning management system that other people can access
- use the lessons, audio or notes, in whole or in part, to train or develop artificial intelligence models
All copyright in the lessons, audio and notes stays with The English Classroom AB.
14-day refund
If the lessons are not right for you, email support@the-english-classroom.com within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason. We will refund you within 14 days of your request, using the same payment method you used to buy. This covers your right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act.
If something does not work
If the lessons do not work as described, tell us within a reasonable time of noticing and we will fix the problem, replace the content or refund you. You also have rights under Swedish consumer law on digital content, and nothing in these terms limits them.
Keeping your link live
Your personal link stays live. If we ever have to take the lessons offline, we will email you at least 60 days beforehand. We may switch off a link early if it has been shared in breach of these terms.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the price you paid, except where the law does not allow this, for example where we have acted with gross negligence.

Complaints and disputes
Please contact us first at support@the-english-classroom.com, and we will try to put things right. These terms are governed by Swedish law. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. Consumers can also refer disputes to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, arn.se).
Changes to these terms
The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published on the day you bought.
